Psalm 127:1 
Except the Lord build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the Lord keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain.

1 Kings 8:28-29 
Yet have thou respect unto the prayer of thy servant, and to his supplication, O Lord my God, to hearken unto the cry and to the prayer, which thy servant prayeth before thee to day: That thine eyes may be open toward this house night and day, even toward the place of which thou hast said, My name shall be there: that thou mayest hearken unto the prayer which thy servant shall make toward this place.

Instruction: If you wish, get anointed oil as blessed by your pastor or yourself: Pour the oil on the floor or around the house: I sanctify this house with this oil which is now blood of Jesus and I raise a new altar to speak for me in this house. I dedicate this house to God the father, the son and the Holy Spirit. Or possibly take the sand of the house and pray on it aggressively. If you feel you are afraid to pray on it, you may give a deliverance pastor.

When renting a new house, someone has to be very, very vigilant these days so that you may not end up staying in a house where there has never been a record of success. One of the features of a good house is the presence of God being attached to the foundation of that house. From progress, supernatural favour, victory, fruitfulness, good news, possibilities are the common positive signs of the divine blessings in the life of tenants . Without these symbols,  It is very bad to say that you are living in a mysterious house.

A house can be beautiful, wonderful, or well structured; It, however, become a curse where there is no trace of blessings in the life of the house occupants.  This is why before renting any apartment, you should ask the Holy Spirit to lead you and not what your instincts may tell you. Sometimes you may not know if a house is actually good or bad by merely looking at its structure, toilet, bedroom, or environment of the house. It is far beyond that beloveth. Because the Bible says, it is God that knows what is in darkness.

Prayer does the magic. It is a spirit of discernment that saves you from future calamities and tragedy.  It is not in God’s agenda for you to stay in a house of destiny killers, a house of demotion, a house of satanic nightmares, a house that supports curses, shame. I have seen lots of my Lagos friends who are living in a sticky house, with dirty environment, but the glory of God remembers and meets them there. And they are living wonderfully fine – no record of sickness, death, losses, sorrow etc. So this means that God can choose to remember his children in any house as long as the foundation is friendly to His visits.

Praying in a new house is very important for your destiny fulfillment. The moment you begin to have house related dreams, you need to pay attention to the ending part. It is also important to know if such dream leaves you in peace or in troubles. God might use our dreams to explain the kind of house to take and avoid. Please be prayerful at all times.
