Dream About Dancing with Friends

Psalm 149:3 
Let them praise his name in the dance: let them sing praises unto him with the timbrel and harp.

A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;

Dancing is majorly a good omen. It is a symbolism of joy, happiness, celebration, confidence and success. Joy is the key. Force yourself to be happy. Say no to worry and sorrow.  In the Bible, dancing can also be seen as a way of thanking God and worshipping God.

Dancing is also a sign of expressing your joy to God through praises. In Jer 31:13, the Bible says, the woman shall rejoice in dancing for God will turn their worries to joy, and will comfort them, and make them rejoice over their sorrow.

So dreaming of dancing can be a sign from God telling you to sing and dance well before the Lord. This is necessary at this point so that God can be moved to bless you in returns. Danacing is a symbolic of singing praises to Him. Stand up and praise Him for His marvellous works in your life.

Praise Him more for what you have been enjoying in life so far. The truth is that, some breakthroughs may not come for some people except they dance to the Lord just like David did in his time.

Though, you have been praying all this while, now the Holy Spirit is telling you to focus more on dancing. Dancing is a form of celebration. Unlike trestimony, most times, devil hates people dancing because it gives him a serious headache. Dancing shows that you are full of joy within you.

Dancing in the dream according to scripture could also mean that you have overcome a big challenge in your life. Or the dream could be a way of letting you know that God is about to answer your requests majorly through praises, worships and dancing.

Psalm 30:11 
Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing: thou hast put off my sackcloth, and girded me with gladness;

Dancing can also be seen as a way of activating our faith and also deliver our pending expectations to fruition. Dream about dancing with friends, the meaning depends largely on the type of person you are dancing with in the dream.

Are these people godly or worldy?  For example,  if you are dancing with worldly friends, the sign could be connected to sin, pollution, backsliding, lust and attack on one’s spiritual life.

Dancing with strange people could tell you that you are already corrupt in your soul as a child of God. The dream may also trigger your interest to hook up with friends to crazy dance with. The purpose of crazy dance with friends is to corrupt, pollute, and arouse one lustful desire for soomeone in the waking life.

It’s very true that God honours dancing done in the right way, but when such dance is done in the wrong way, sends bad signal to God. Other forms of dancing that God accept is the holy dance.

When you engage with someone in an holy dance, you will be strengthened in your faith. It frees you from depression. It gives you the ability to shake your body for Jesus and be extremely happy.

Dancing is also a part of exercise that can strengthen our body and heal us. Dancing can also increase our relationship with God. In this way, you will feel more connected and feel refreshed.

Have you seen where young people are dancing in church? That’s how God wants you to dance. Don’t be too rigid to dance, feel yourself.

In Psalm 150:4, the Bible says, praise him with the timbrel ad dance, praise him with stringled instrument and flutes. Soo dancing announces a good times in the life of a person if only you believe. If you always love to sing and dance to the Lord, you can start graudally today by playing some inspiring praises and worships on YouTube. I am sure you will feel blessed.

I want you to know that not everybody really like to dance, it’s not part of them; But no matter what, please force yourself to be happy first. There are times God will ignore our prayers, and fasting and choose to see us shake our body for Him.

In conclusion, no matter your present mood or condition, let’s try to dance to the Lord and not to the world. Because when you dance to the world especially in a party, you are already sinning and people may take advantage of you as a woman. Be wise, use your body for Jesus. Let God be happy with your dancing steps today. May joy and happiness never fades away in your life and marriage, in Jesus name.

1. Father, activate my mood for dancing, in the name of Jesus.
2. Father, put special songs in my heart to sing to you, in the name of Jesus.
3. Whether the devil likes it or not, I shall rejoice with the Lord in dancing.
4. I cut off every worldly friends from my life, in the name of Jesus.
5. Father, fill my life with joy, happiness and peace, in the name of Jesus.
6. Father, I praise and worship you for all the marvellous things you have done for me.
7. Father, I praise you for turning my sorrow to joy, in the name of Jesus.
8. O Lord, I will continue to sing and dance to you because of your mercy in my life.
9. My Father, empower me to sing aloud and dance uncontrollably to you, in the name of Jesus.
10. Anything that is hindering me from celebrating my God, shall be wasted, in the name of Jesus.
