Payment of rent money is a struggle for many people these days. This often requires discipline, planning, a strong attitude, and the help of a few good friend to help ones out financially. But if you usually pay all your bills whether daily, weekly or monthly, you are doing a great thing for yourself.

For example, there are some people whose house rents are due with little or no money to renew their payments. If you are finding it difficult to make payment or renew your rents, there is no way you are going to experience blessings except you pray aggressively for it.

Praying for your rent money is the wonderful way to focus your attention on God for intervention. Whether you want to renew your bills, pay for a new house, or move away from the apartment prayer to pay for your rents can help you.  The important of prayer cannot be over emphazied. For example, when you pray, it guarantees you of the protection of God over you, insecurity fades away and you obtain courage to deal with financial problems life  and will be by your side all the time of your troubles.

Finding a financial helper is crucial. It’s easy to get distracted and depressed when you don’t have someone to rescue you. Having a house plays an important role as a Christian. Without a house life is impossible and there will be no safety. You can be a graduate, or have a future, but if you don’t have a shelter you will not be taking serious.

There are various reasons why people finds it hard to pay their rents.  The failures can be by lack of proper planning, it can be by following the directives of wrong advisers, it can also be due to lack of saving, largely it can also be as a result of demonic forces and some stubborn curses of financial problems. There is nobody that doesn’t have bills or rent to pay. Once the bills are getting more higher, it kills one’s hope and efficiency. May that not be your portion, in the name of Jesus.

Living with high rents can be dangerous. Extremely high rents above your income can cause health problems and disorganization. Making payment of your rent is a contributing and important factor to your success in life. It’s tempting to pay for a house rent at the beginning but it can destroy you if you cannot maintain the rent for a longer period of time.

 

Once you know what rent is taking your money, it’s wiser to start cutting down your expenses. Maybe your bill is health, water system, internet service, car loan, child care, credit care payment, housecleaning  etc. Perhaps despite your low earning salary, you discover your finances has no power to foot all your bills. This is time to make serious adjustment and ask the Holy Spirit for wisdom and guidance.

Debt cancellation

Struggling with debt is one of life’s most stressful experiences but the situation will only get worse unless you take positive steps. Living in fear and depression will increase your troubles as well as your anxiety. While in this situation, you must first determine to handover the challenges to God. The Bible says, look unto Him, He is the Author and the Finisher of our Faith. The Holy Spirit is willingly to help from your financial debts. Once you seek the face of God, it is vital  to take steps to read the word of God concerning the situation.

The next step, you must have strong faith that the Lord will settle your debts. Likewise, try to think of your close friends or pastors whom you think have a good heart to help you. Rather than crying and regret, you must cut down your expenses at home and outside. This is the time you save more than consuming more.

Lastly, you may want to involve yourself in the collection of loan or joining local association. If, despite your efforts, you cannot see a way out of your financial predicaments, then it is safe to say that some forces are really working against you. Going for deliverance in this case is inevitable. You must prayerfully contact an anointed man of God.

Encountering difficulties in paying your rents.

It is very important to take care of your basic human needs including food, shelter, and safety before you worry about your debts. Once you take care of yourself, live happily then tackle your debts with divine wisdom. Don’t let concerns about your landlord, or threats from friends, co-workers, relative, scare you into doing wrong things. When there are more debts to pay, definitely, there will be more pressure and intention. The Bible says, fear not.

If you have recently become unemployed, or if you are about to be laid off, can be pressure tightens on your finances. It is tough to be happy when in serious problems. If you are a believer, I am very sure, there will be another alternatives to overcome these problems. Maybe a number of people are willingly to assist you, but along the line, they all turned back against you as if they held a meeting concerning your matter.

Above all, please read this bible verse and let it digest into your spirit. Numbers 23:19  says, God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it ? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?

Dear Lord Jesus, I need a miracle in my finances. I need money to rent an apartment and offset my bills.  Lord, I’ve made financial mistakes. My debts are out of control. But Lord, I know you can open a way where there seems to be no way. Forgive me for spending my money extravagantly in the past. Take away my worries and my regrets. Recharge my soul and renew my hope. I pray for a financial breakthrough in my life right now! Grow my finances and bestow on me wisdom to manage Your blessings righteously. 16. Isaiah 50:7-9 says, “For the Lord God will help me; therefore shall I not be confounded: therefore have I set my face like a flint, and I know that I shall not be ashamed. He is near that justifieth me; who will contend with me? let us stand together: who is mine adversary? let him come near to me. [9] Behold, the Lord God will help me; who is he that shall condemn me? lo, they all shall wax old as a garment; the moth shall eat them up.”

17. Isaiah 59:19 says, “So shall they fear the name of the Lord from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord shall lift up a standard against him.”

18. Isaiah 8:8-10 says, “And he shall pass through Judah; he shall overflow and go over, he shall reach even to the neck; and the stretching out of his wings shall fill the breadth of thy land, O Immanuel. 19. Deut. 33:25-27 says, “Thy shoes shall be iron and brass; and as thy days, so shall thy strength be. [26] There is none like unto the God of Jeshurun, who rideth upon the heaven in thy help, and in his excellency on the sky. The eternal God is thy refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms: and he shall thrust out the enemy from before thee; and shall say, Destroy them.”

20. Psalm 68:1-2 says, “Let God arise, let his enemies be scattered: let them also that hate him flee before him. [2] As smoke is driven away, so drive them away: as wax melteth before the fire, so let the wicked perish at the presence of God.”

1. Dear Lord Jesus, my rent has expired, supply your riches to me, in the name of Jesus.
