Prayer Assignment for This Week

Beloved, do not go through this week without a definite prayer direction. Set aside time each day to seek the face of God concerning the specific prayer assignments provided.

Each day contains prayer topics touching different areas of your life, including deliverance, protection, direction, family, restoration, favour, and spiritual growth. Meditate on the recommended Scriptures and prayerfully carry out the prophetic instruction for each day.

This week, do not only read the prayer assignments, pray them seriously. Present your personal needs before God, mention specific situations where necessary, and remain sensitive to any practical steps you need to take.

Let every day become an opportunity to strengthen your prayer life, confront spiritual battles, seek God’s wisdom, and commit your plans into His hands.

Monday: Mercy, Thanksgiving & Open Heavens

Prayer Topics:

Thanksgiving: Father, I thank You for preserving my life and bringing me into another week, in the name of Jesus.

Mercy: O Lord, let Your mercy speak over every area where I have fallen short, in the name of Jesus.

Open Heavens: Father, let the heavens open over my prayers, family, work, business, career, and ministry this week, in the name of Jesus.

Deliverance from Closed Doors: Every spiritual and practical barrier standing against opportunities in my life, O Lord, give me victory and wisdom to overcome it, in the name of Jesus.

Divine Favour: Father, surround me with favour and let my efforts receive grace before the right people this week, in the name of Jesus.

Prophetic Instruction: Begin this week with a heart of gratitude. Take a moment to write down seven specific things God has done for you and sincerely thank Him for each one. Also examine your heart and relationships. If you have offended or wronged someone, humble yourself and make peace where possible. Refuse to enter a new week carrying yesterday’s ingratitude, bitterness, or unresolved offences.

Tuesday: Divine Direction, Wisdom & Deliverance from Mistakes

Prayer Topics:

Divine Direction: Father, order my steps and lead me in the right direction, in the name of Jesus.

Wisdom: O Lord, give me wisdom concerning every important decision before me, in the name of Jesus.

Deliverance from Costly Mistakes: Every pattern of repeated mistakes affecting my progress, come to an end, in the name of Jesus.

Discernment: Father, help me recognise misleading opportunities, unhealthy relationships, and decisions that could bring unnecessary trouble, in the name of Jesus.

Right Decisions: Holy Spirit, help me make the right decisions that agree with God’s Word, wisdom, and purpose for my life, in the name of Jesus.

Prophetic Instruction: Before taking any major step today, seek the face of God for divine direction. Do not allow fear, excitement, pressure, or people’s opinions to push you into a decision you may later regret. Present your plans before God, ask the Holy Spirit for wisdom, and wait for clarity. When God directs your steps, He can save you from costly mistakes and lead you into the right path.

Wednesday: Open Doors, Favour & Career/Business Breakthrough

Prayer Topics:

Open Doors: Father, open every good door connected to Your purpose for my life, in the name of Jesus.

Career and Business Favour: O Lord, let Your favour rest upon the work of my hands this week, in the name of Jesus.

Deliverance from Unfruitful Labour: Every pattern of labouring without meaningful results, give way to fruitfulness, in the name of Jesus.

Divine Connections: Father, connect me with trustworthy people and opportunities that will contribute positively to my progress this week, in the name of Jesus.

Financial Breakthrough: O Lord, give me wisdom, discipline, opportunities, and provision to overcome financial limitations, in the name of Jesus.

Prophetic Instruction: Take one practical step toward the opportunity you have been praying for. Submit the application, update your CV, contact the client, advertise the business, complete the proposal, study the opportunity, or finish an important unfinished task.

Thursday: Family Deliverance, Healing & Restoration

Prayer Topics:

Family Protection: Father, preserve every member of my household from danger and destructive influences, in the name of Jesus.

Deliverance from Evil Patterns: Every destructive pattern of anger, addiction, violence, financial irresponsibility, immorality, or repeated failure affecting my life and family, let its cycle be broken, in the name of Jesus.

Family Restoration: O Lord, restore peace, communication, love, and understanding wherever relationships have become damaged, in the name of Jesus.

Salvation: Father, draw every unsaved member of my household to Christ and strengthen those who already believe in You, in the name of Jesus.

Children and Future Generations: O Lord, guide our children and preserve them from destructive decisions and influences, in the name of Jesus.

Prophetic Instruction: Set aside special time today to stand in the gap for your family. Call each family member by name before God and commit their lives, health, salvation, relationships, finances, and future into His hands.

Ask God to restore peace wherever there is misunderstanding and to heal every broken relationship. Let today be a day of family intercession, forgiveness, peace, and restoration.

Friday: Deliverance, Spiritual Warfare & Breaking Evil Patterns

Prayer Topics:

Deliverance from Evil: Father, deliver me from every trap, temptation, manipulation, and spiritual attacks this week, in the name of Jesus.

Breaking Evil Patterns: Every repeated evil pattern working against my plans and expectations, come to an end, in the name of Jesus.

Deliverance from Evil Foundation Every power attacking me from my foundation, be destroyed by fire, in the name of Jesus.

Protection from Evil Plans: Every plan fashioned against me and my household shall not prosper, in the name of Jesus.

Victory Over Fear: Every fear designed to control my decisions and steal my peace, lose your influence over me, in the name of Jesus.

Prophetic Instruction: If your health permits, set aside a period for fasting and prayer today. Use part of that time to examine yourself before God. Identify one sinful habit, unhealthy pattern, or destructive behaviour that repeatedly opens doors to trouble and make a definite commitment to change.

Saturday: Restoration, Recovery & Breaking Delay

Prayer Topics:

Restoration: Father, restore every good thing that can still be recovered according to Your will, in the name of Jesus.

Deliverance from Delay: Every unnecessary delay caused by my own procrastination, poor decisions, or circumstances within my control, give me wisdom and strength to overcome it, in the name of Jesus.

Breaking Stagnation: O Lord, show me every area where I have remained stagnant and give me grace to move forward, in the name of Jesus.

Fruitfulness: Father, let my efforts produce meaningful and godly results, in the name of Jesus.

Completion: Every important project I have repeatedly started without finishing, give me discipline and resources to complete it, in the name of Jesus.

Prophetic Instruction: Identify one important thing you have been postponing and take deliberate action on it today. Refuse to carry unnecessary unfinished assignments into another season. Ask God for strength, discipline, and wisdom, then rise and do your part. What you can complete today, do not postpone until tomorrow.

Sunday: Spiritual Revival, Calling & Preparation for the New Week

Prayer Topics:

Spiritual Revival: Father, revive my prayer life and renew my hunger for Your presence, in the name of Jesus.

Divine Calling: O Lord, give me clarity concerning the purpose and responsibilities You have entrusted to me, in the name of Jesus.

Deliverance from Distraction: Every distraction continually taking my attention away from spiritual growth and meaningful responsibilities, lose your influence over me, in the name of Jesus.

Fresh Anointing: Father, strengthen me by Your Spirit to serve You faithfully and live according to Your Word, in the name of Jesus.

New Week Preparation: O Lord, go before me into the coming week. Order my steps, decisions, relationships, work, and responsibilities, in the name of Jesus.

Prophetic Instruction: Spend extra time with God today. Review your week before Him. Write down what went well, what needs correction, what you are grateful for, and your major priorities for the coming week. Forgive where necessary and enter the new week without carrying unnecessary bitterness.
