Dream of Long Eyelashes

Proverbs 6: 25-26

²⁵ Lust not after her beauty in thine heart; neither let her take thee with her eyelids.

²⁶ For by means of a whorish woman a man is brought to a piece of bread: and the adultress will hunt for the precious life.

No doubt, eyelashes make eyes beautiful, especially when it is done in moderation. Eyelashes can be a symbol of many different things in a dream. It may represent how attractive you feel or how attractive something or someone else is to you. Seeing long eyelashes may be a warning that you are overdoing something in the waking life. For example, wearing indecent dressing.

Dreaming of wearing long eyelashes could mean the person is showing off her appearance or some of your personal assets. The dream could be interpreted as a sign of good luck, a happy love life and protection of your image.

If you are a woman, dreaming of long eyelashes may represent your concern about your appearance, thinking whether or not you are being seen as attractive, and if you are a man, dreaming of having eyelashes may represent your feelings and attention for a woman. To see eyelashes falling out can symbolize the veil of the wicked on your face has been pulled out.

On the other hand, the dream can represent feelings of fear, insecurity or attack. You may feel that you are gradually losing your beauty; you are no longer appealing to people, especially men. The dream of fake eyelashes means that you are living a fake life, a life of deception; you want people to know you are not the person you seek to represent, and this could be a sin that might hinder a good opportunity that is coming.

If you want to live simply and represent your true self, than trying to live life to impress some people; be yourself. To see someone else with long eyelashes may represent that you are admiring someone’s beauty.

You may even wish that you could be like her because of her riches and wealth. Eyelashes represent physical attraction, beauty and confidence. Having eyelashes can make a person stand out and recognize from others.

In the Christian faith, eyelashes are a sin, and their intention is carnal. Eyelashes may distract the children of God and lead them to be engaged in carnal things. Eyelashes are a look of lust and sexual immorality. (Proverbs 6:25-26).

If you are seen cutting eyelashes, it may symbolise your desire to be free from sin, bondage and insecurity. Losing eyelashes is a sign that you are worried about your appearance and how others perceive you.

If, as a man, you see a woman looking at you with eyelashes, it means that you have a woman who is seducing you; be very careful of such a woman. Applying mascara in a dream can represent one’s desire to increase their appeal to other people. To dream of not having eyelashes could mean that you will be betrayed by someone you care about very much or that you will experience such a betrayal soon.

• Confess and repent of sin
• Live a holy life
• Remove any worldly desire in you
• Let your life be an example of Christ.
