Dealing With Village Powers

• I pray for you, every strongman that is oppressing your life shall be destroyed in Jesus’ name
• I decree that the evil foundation in your life must collapse in Jesus’ name
• Any evil power that tied you down from your root shall die by fire in Jesus’ name
• Let the angels of God arise and pull down every evil foundation in your life in Jesus’ name

Dealing with village powers is one of the most powerful battles to fight; it is a battle from home. The powers from your home know everything about you; they know the genesis of your life, they know about your future, and they know the historical life of your parents. There is a strong spirit in the village; if you are not strong enough as a Christian, they will delay your destiny for years, and they may even terminate the blessings or glory attached to one’s name.

Many people are great, but tied down spiritually by the powers in their village. Many people are supposed to be in a good location, but the village’s power has put them in a bad location where they will suffer. Many people are supposed to be living a good life, but unfortunately, these people are still living a life from the past.

In John 11:43-44, and when he thus had spoken, he cried with a loud voice Lazarus, come forth (44), and he that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with grave clothes, and his face was bound about with a napkin. Jesus saith unto them, loose him and let him go, have you been tied down by village powers? Jesus Christ is commanding the foundational powers to lose you and let go. When a man is tied down by household powers, such a person cannot move, let alone escape or progress.

One of the first steps to deliverance is by defeating the [powers in your village because the powers from home have vowed to stop you the way they stopped others in your family. We have a lot of people who are suffering what their parents are going through in life; they have made the children inherit the problem from their parents through the bloodline.

When the power strikes, it shakes and weakens the foundation of many people, no wonder the bible says, If the foundation is destroyed, what can the righteous do. Once the foundation of a tree is faulty, the effect flows up to affect every part of the tree to kill it. The evil authority in a family has a mandate to hinder, punish, destroy, and delay people’s destiny.

These ancestral powers can keep one from stepping into the greatness God has ordained for them. In Exodus 1, the Israelites were destined for the Promised Land, but were in the wrong location and bound in slavery for years. It took God’s intervention to release them from their bondage and lead them from the territory of village powers to their destiny.

Beloved, it will be tragic when you see that things are not going in the right direction. You noticed that people I your family are always struggling to achieve significant things. Such as building a house, buying a house, travelling abroad, or getting married early. For example, a person could have a plan of building a house, the person could say I want to build a duplex, but by the time the ma starts building it, the person will lack the motivation to build it and thereby abandon it.

This is the work of the village powers. In Luke 19:30, saying, Go ye into the village over against you, in the which at your entering ye shall find a colt tied, wherein yet never man sat, loose him and him hither. There is something planted in most people’s village that is working against their expectations in life. A lot of people are tied down, but Jesus Christ is saying Loose him and let go.

I pray in the name of Jesus. I command your total freedom in Jesus’ name. I pray for you, any problem that enters your life through the village powers shall die in Jesus’ name.

Signs that you are operating under the manipulation of village powers

1. When you are suffering the consequences of idol worship
2. When you see yourself in an old house, school, or village in a dream
3. When you are always experiencing failure at the edge of breakthrough
4. When you are sharing the bad patterns of your parents
5. When you find it to get suitor or marry
6. When you dream of being handcuffed, shot, or killed
7. When you didn’t see any excitement in prayers
8. When it looks like good things don’t last or stay long
9. When you are under the attack of poverty or sickness
10. When you find it difficult to achieve something with ease

The causes of the rage of enemies in your family

1. Unconfessed family sins
2. Evil covenant and curses
3. Evil satanic priesthood
4. Evil plantation.

How to deal with them;

• Give your life to Christ
• Confess any satanic covenant of your ancestors
• Break the hold of the village powers in your life
• Pray warfare prayers or go for deliverance

PRAYERS

1. Any wicked elders sitting on my progress in life, die in Jesus’ name
2. Monitoring powers from my village against me, die in Jesus’ name
3. Any power that says I will suffer what father/mother suffered, you are a liar, die in Jesus’ name
4. Any evil tree planted in my village, be uprooted in Jesus’ name
5. Every anti-prosperity covenant in my life, die in Jesus’ name
