Matthew 16:18
And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

In Genesis 28:16, And Jacob awaked out of his sleep, and he said, Surely the Lord is in this place; and I knew it not. When you honour God in your new building through scriptures, your home will forever be blessed, fruitful and peaceful.
In Mat 24:35, the Bible says, heaven and earth will pass away, but the word of God will remain. The word of God will remain from generation to generation. In John 1:1, the Bible says in the beginning was the word and word was with God and the word was God.
In Gen 1:4, And God said, let there be light, and there was light. Your decree to your building goes along to bring light and blessings.
It is important that the word of God should be pronounced when building your house and also written when you finished building your house as a way of thanking God for the success of your house building.
