DEALING HIGH CHOLESTEROL IN THE BODY THROUGH PRAYERS

Cholesterol is essential for good health and is found in every cell in your body. But having a high level of cholesterol in your blood can harm your health. Cholesterol is a type of fat (lipid) made by your body and found in some foods.. High cholesterol foods are those foods that constitutes saturate fat in our body system. This is another stubborn disease that is killing many people silently when they thought it is the devil.  When you overfeed your belly with junks, eggs, oil, snacks, etc you are prone to experience cholesterol in your body.

When there’s too much cholesterol in your bloodstream, you stand a risk of having the symptoms of heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure and peripheral vascular disease. If there’s a likelihood that you have high cholesterol through belly fat etc, your doctor will order a simple blood test to check your cholesterol level. With a high level of different types of food and poor lifestyle, you will increase your chance of being affected by cholesterol. This is because it can cause fatty deposits (known as plaques) to build up inside your arteries.

The time for churches to wake up on this matter is now. The time for pastors to encourage or set up a health centre in the church where people can easily check their cholesterol level will be a fantastic idea. Prayer mostly heals people when they are not ignorance of certain things. This is sad that most churches have not been doing so good in this regard to sensitive their members about the danger of this disease. The Bible says, my people are perish for lack of knowledge. If you count the number of people that died almost on daily basis, I am very sure that many could be as a result of high cholesterol in the body that they did not know about.
