Revelation 4:1

Praying for open heavens is a nice prayer for every believer to take, as it may require you to take full authority over some powers in the second heaven. An open heaven spiritually indicates the release of divine blessing, favour and it can also signify victory in Christ Jesus.  However, praying for open heaven is a common exercise in Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries. This kind of prayer is done specifically to release His supernatural power.

It is a worst experience for a person to be taking prayer under closed heaven. It is terrible for any child of God to be praying and fasting under a closed heaven.  Closed heaven means delay in answered prayers. The source could be demonic or divine plan. For example, what happens to a person who is locked up in a room for several hours striving hard to come out but no way. Such a person is being restricted in that house until there is someone to open the door.

An open heaven can be described as the manifestation of God’s presence and glory. When there is an open heaven, there would be instant signs and wonders, miracles, healing, mercy, forgiveness and other unusual manifestation begin to operate in the life of the people.

Daniel’s prayer was delayed because of satanic influence over his life. He was attacked primarily because of the vision he had concerning a great war. In Daniel 10:12, the Bible says, the prince of persia witheld his prayers for 21 days. In this verse, the angels are referred to as “chief princes.”

The angels are princes. The Bible teaches that our battle is not against flesh and blood; but rather, “against against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places” (Ephesians 6:12).

The world has always been a wicked place (1st John 5:19). A world where every negative energy is being exerted to pull down a person’s life and destiny. Every Christian is commanded to pray without ceasing (1st Thessalonians 5:17). If your heaven is closed, you must make several efforts to ensure it is open unto you for mercy, marriage, fruit of the womb, testimony etc.

For your life to prosper and move forward, the heavens must be involved, because the heaven above us is seeing everything that we do. A person who desire to have divine a intervention, he or she must be fervent in prayers.

When you continue to render your prayers to the heavenlies, you will soon experience the opening of your heaven. In addition to this, if you noticed that your heaven is opened, and you are living a sinful life, it will be closed back. Pray very well.
