22 For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh.
23 Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.
24 Put away from thee a froward mouth, and perverse lips put far from thee.

PRAYER: I command the spirit of distraction to depart from me in Jesus’ name
It’s normal for our minds to wander to different places during prayers. It is common for people to think or reflect on their past activities with others; some people will say, “Are my prayers invalid for thinking about other things?” Wandering divides your attention.
- Put your problems and issues aside
- Focus on your prayer, Philippians 4:6, do not worry about anything, instead pray about everything, tell God what you need and thank him for all he has done
- Engage in deep worship and high praise. Psalm 34:1-3, I will praise the Lord at all times, his praise shall continually be in my mouth, my soul makes it beast in the Lord
