Evil Inheritance And Its Consequences
PRAYERS:

The significance of inheriting evil cannot be stressed enough. Take, for example, Gehazi, who was a servant of Elisha; he accepted a bribe and then lied about it when confronted by his master. This resulted in a curse that affected not only himself but also his future offspring. Despite this, he remained unrepentant (2 Kings 25-27)
Many people inherit good things established by their parents, while some people have inherited negative things, such as poverty, sickness, failure, etc. Evil inheritance is often supervised and enacted by the domestic witchcraft powers; these powers can use manipulation, bewitchment, intimidation, and control on their victims.
These powers can make a person suffer what their parents have suffered. For example, a father who is from a polygamous home, the spirit can be transferred to their child to rob them of the pattern of polygamy. The devil is so wicked, he doesn’t care about the feelings of people under their yoke; he came to afflict and destroy. David was also a victim of the sin of immorality.
He stayed back home at the time of war, and during that time, he committed immorality, killing the husband of a woman and marrying her (2 Samuel 11:1-5) later on. God sent a prophet to expose and rebuke him, and he repented. What happened after his repentance? The sword he used to kill Uriah never departed from his family. David had invited the sword of premature death and war.
The sword began to move. David witnessed the worst events in his own family; each one of his sons was affected by the evil seed of immorality he sown, even though he had repented. If you were ever born into a family where someone has ever been insane, there is a need for you to start praying against it. You are innocent; you shouldn’t be the one to inherit the evil consequences of your ancestral mistakes.

- May the Lord cancel every evil code in your life in Jesus name.
- Any power that is assigned to make you suffer shall fail woefully in Jesus name.
- Any inherited curse and covenant affecting your life, break and expire in Jesus name.
- May the Lord deliver you from evil captivity and bondage in Jesus name.
- Every evil symptom manifesting in my life, be erased by fire in Jesus name.
