Dreams Of Paying Tithes In Church
DEUTERONOMY 16:17 Every man shall give as he is able, according to the blessing of the Lord thy God, which he hath given thee.
PRAYER: This year and beyond, I shall put God’s trust in my giving priorities in Jesus’ name.
By definition, tithing is giving away a percentage of your income or increase. It is a covenant of abundance and prosperity. Tithes open the door of blessings; tithe is ordained to make us rich and grant us access to our wealthy place in Christ. (Psalm 66:10-12, Proverbs 3:9).
Tithing comes with both physical and spiritual blessings. When you dream of paying tithe in church, it means that God wants you to give; he may want to bless you through tithe.
God may want to perfect all that concerns you. Paying tithe reveals the need and your passion to remain faithful in your giving. Tithing can provoke the hand of God for blessings in your life. When you see yourself paying your tithe, it denotes your appreciation for what God has done and what he’s about to do.
The Bible says, He shall open the windows of heaven unto you when you bring your tithe to the storehouse of God. Though the bible does not categorically command the Christian to pay tithe.
Nevertheless, as Christians, we should be generous in sharing what we have with the poor. Jesus is our model in giving; therefore, we should give cheerfully, willingly, and voluntarily.
What is the relevance of paying tithe?

- If it shows respect for God
- Obedience always attracts good rewards
- It attracts generational blessings
- It connotes your love for God
Dream of paying tithe in church may represent a need to invest in the things of the kingdom; your time, money, and resources are needed to advance the work of Christ. Your tithe giving represents your love and your relationship with God. Tithing is just a symbol of your giving attitude. Those who complain of the tithe feel that it is not necessary. My prayer is that God may show you the way to receive his abundant blessings.
