Dream Of Evil Pointing A Weapon At You

PRAYER: Every arrow fired at me in the spirit realm, I send it back now

 Isaiah 54:17 No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord.

Psalm 40:13-16

¹³ Be pleased, O Lord, to deliver me: O Lord, make haste to help me.

¹⁴ Let them be ashamed and confounded together that seek after my soul to destroy it; let them be driven backward and put to shame that wish me evil.

¹⁵ Let them be desolate for a reward of their shame that say unto me, Aha, aha.

¹⁶ Let all those that seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee: let such as love thy salvation say continually, The Lord be magnified.

A dream of evil pointing a weapon at you is a serious dream that should not be ignored. God may be opening your eyes to what the enemy or someone close to you is trying to do against you. When a person points a weapon at you, be careful of a friend. Be careful of those you are opening up certain info about your life too.

This dream is just a warning sign or a plan of the enemy to bring you down. The weapon signifies warfare, attack, fear, or approaching danger. This represents an enemy’s attempt to stop a person from moving forward in life. In some cases, this type of dream appears during periods when a person is facing pressure, conflict, betrayal, battle, or major decisions in life.

The dream may be warning you about a person who is trying to hurt or eliminate you. When someone points it directly at you, the enemy wants to prove that your blessing does not belong to you. They want to contest your right to lead, to decide, and to move forward. You may be under pressure from certain people, spiritual forces, or negative situations trying to threaten your peace, confidence, destiny, or progress.

Sometimes, the enemy wants you to become fearful, confused, discouraged, or mentally disturbed. The devil often attacks the mind first before trying to attack other areas of life.

This is why dreams involving someone pointing a gun at you should push a believer to pray more and be spiritually alert; someone may be talking bad about you, someone may be trying to set you up. Someone may be trying to conspire against you and darken your reputation.

Ps 7:15-16 says He made a pit, and dug it and is fallen into it. God showed you the dream as a sign to be on guard; do not be afraid. The enemy has already failed in his operation against you; the attack was launched, but it missed its target. The Bible says the heart of a man is wicked. Every worded thing done against you in secret is going back to the sender.

Do not become suspicious of anyone. Do not let it give them a boundary to restrict them. There are situations where God reveals the presence of dangerous people around the dreamer; not everyone who smiles at you supports you. Some people secretly compete, envy, monitor, or oppose others quietly. Be very careful of such people.

A weapon or gun pointed at you in a dream can symbolise evil words, attacks, false accusations, betrayal or a deliberate attempt to bring a setback into your life. Sometimes, the dream is connected to jealousy over your favour, calling, success, marriage, ministry, opportunity or plans.

Spiritually, the head is often the target because the head represents destiny, glory, authority, wisdom and direction. If the attacker in the dream focuses on your head, it may symbolise an attack against your vision, peace of mind, calling, leadership or future. The enemy does not fight Empty people. Battles usually increase when a person is approaching a breakthrough elevation or a major turning point in life.

However, one important thing must be understood. Seeing a weapon pointed at you does not mean the enemy has won. Many times, God allows such dreams as a warning so that His children can pray and cancel evil plans before they manifest physically. The dream itself can be a sign that God is exposing hidden plans of the wicked so you can pray. The Bible says

Isaiah 54:17, that no weapon formed against  God’s children shall prosper. The weapon may be formed, but it will not prosper against a prayerful believer. Please note that not every attack dream means literal danger, but every believer should use such dreams as an opportunity to pray for protection, peace, & victory. If, in the dream, the weapon failed to fire or the bullet backfired, it means the plans of the enemy have failed.

God is frustrating their plans. It reveals escape from danger, aborted evil plans, and sometimes, the enemy threatens you, but heaven overturned the attack before it succeeds. This kind of dream is also a call to remain spiritually sensitive.

Avoid unnecessary quarrels and sharing too much information with people. Do not fully trust, and stay close to God in prayer. There are battles that wisdom can prevent.  There are attacks that prayer can silence before they grow stronger.

Whenever you have such a dream, pray seriously for protection over your life, health, family, ministry, business, & destiny. Cover yourself with the blood of Jesus & reject every arrow of fear, confusion, destruction, or death. Do not allow the dream to create panic in your heart.

Instead, let it push you toward stronger faith & deeper dependence on God. The good news is that God is still a Protector. He still delivers His people from the secret enemy. The weapon may appear in the dream, the shot may have been targeted, but it will not harm you

2) Powers assigned to intimidate, threaten, or silence me, be disgraced in Jesus’ name.

3) Every arrow fired against my head, glory, & destiny, go back to your senders in Jesus’ name.

4) Every trap prepared against me shall catch the wicked instead, in Jesus’ name.

5) Father, expose every person who is trying to hurt you in Jesus’ name.

6) Every Judas still smiling to my face while working against me in secret, O Lord, expose them in Jesus’ name.

7) Every evil that has been planned against me, attack yourself in Jesus’ name.
