We have different classes of animals that disturb people in their animals. These animals are not originally created by God to perform evil operation against people. No, He did not. It is the devil that manifest itself in the body of these animals to harass people in the dream.

Our spiritual understanding indicates that some of these animals are demonic representatives human in the kingdom of darkness. For example, many times, goats are being used as a tool to put people into perpetual bondage and manipulations.
