The Bible equip us to serve God. It help us to pray regularly and also helps us to be saved from sin through the mercy of God. There are plenty of  powerful scriptures that helps us to have a good night rest, to ensure we have a night of victory over our enemies, and one of them is in the book of Psalms.  

The book of Psalms are books packed with deliverance, divine protection, instructions and victory. It is a book of weapon against your enemies. When reading it, it exposes you to some certain mysteries about the dark powers. Meditating on these Psalms and also using them to pray will bring a peaceful night rest. Reading the Bible is a way of inviting the Holy Spirit to round emcampth us. No matter the battles, the spirit of darkness cannot defeat a Christian that bombards his destiny with the word of God. This is particularly true especially when you obtain total victory in your dreams. The examples of many that died in their sleep is too shocking to hear these days. There are many cases of people that sleeps, slumps and die. This is not a great sign for any children of God. No wonder the Bible says, Psalms 4:8,“I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep: for thou, LORD, only makest me dwell in safety.”
