Prayer Points Before And After Any Fasting Programme

FASTING PROGRAMME

 

Fasting programme is an exercise that encourage believers to fast.

Fasting is the total abstinence from food for the period of time. This is done as stated in Mark 9:29 “And he said unto them, This kind can come forth by nothing, but by prayer and fasting.”

Fasting and prayers are spiritual entities. They are the instruments believers uses to reach out to God. Fasting thrives when there is a need to pray very aggressively. The victory of our Lord Jesus was recorded through fasting and prayers.

Fasting and prayers are not for lazy Christians. If you want to deal with the enemy and place them where they belong, then fasting and prayers are weapons to effectively work in that area.

Fasting and prayers are hard work. It is for mature and strong Christian. During the fast, God may decide to reveal to you to extend the fast to certain numbers in order to gain quality response from God. As Christian, we need to employ the use of fasting and prayers if we must achieve our destiny.

Fasting without a high need for prayers is like going on hunger strike. Since fasting are prayers are good recommendation from the Lord, if you pray and fast very well, God should intervene into your situation. Sometimes the way we fast is not the way God expects us to fast.

Some fast like an hypocrite Matthew 6:16-18. Some convert their inability to access food at home into fasting. Some fast because they don’t feel like eating anything for that period of time. Whichever way you want to fast, let God lead you before taking your own decision.

 

PURPOSE OF FASTING

Isaiah 58:6

1. To loose the bands of wickedness Isaiah 58:6
2. To undo the heavy burdens
3. To deliver the oppress
4. To break every yoke of the wicked

 

PRAYER POINTS

1. Father, I thank you for given me another opportunity to begin another round of fasting and prayers, in Jesus name.
2. My Father, thank you for given me the desire to embark on the forthcoming fasting, in Jesus name
3. My Father, I need your grace and strength to begin and end this fasting successfully without any health problems, in Jesus name
4. O Lord, forgive me of my sins and have mercy upon me before this fasting exercise, in the name of Jesus.
5. My Father, I thank you for the answer prayers of my previous fasting exercise, in Jesus name
6. My Father, help me not to take this fasting in vain, in Jesus name
7. O Lord, remove my mind from the desire of sin of fornication, in Jesus name
8. Jesus Christ the yoke breaker, use this fasting exercise to break my yoke, in Jesus name
9. O Lord, help me not to miss my expected blessings in this upcoming fasting, in Jesus name
10. Every power assigned to close my heavens during this fasting exercise, be opened by fire, and thunder, in Jesus name.
11. Any problem that force me to embark on this fasting exercise shall be over forever, in Jesus name
12. My Father, my miracles shall not pass me by during this fasting program, in Jesus name
13. Every power on assignment to stop me during this fasting program, be disgraced in Jesus name
14. My Father, during this fasting, I shall encounter my divine blessings, in Jesus name
15. I refuse to tempt myself and God with food and water during this fasting program, in Jesus name
16. My Father, I decree to any power that says this fasting is a waste of time, I command you to die, in Jesus name.
17. I challenge every power that wants to increase my afflictions before this fasting program, shall be frustrated by fire, in Jesus name, in Jesus name.
18. Mercy of the living God, locate me before and during this fast, in Jesus name
19. Evil powers in my foundation assigned to pollute this fast, be washed away by the blood of Jesus
20. Powers that wants to swallow the result of my fasting and prayers, receive the judgment of fire and death, in Jesus name
21. Any evil bird that want to convert my midnight prayers to spiritual battle, fall down and die, in Jesus name
22. O Lord, by your anointing, let this fasting be a great one for me, in Jesus name
23. Every curse of spiritual weakness during this fasting program, be broken by fire, in Jesus name
24. Garment of dryness assigned to fight against my prayers, catch fire, in Jesus name
25. O Lord, deliver me from unfinished fasting, in Jesus name.
26. My Father, arrest and disgrace the powers that wants to disgrace me in this fasting, in Jesus name
27. O God of change, change my story in this fasting program, in Jesus name
28. My fasting, receive answer to my prayers, in Jesus name
29. My Father, visit me during this fasting program, in Jesus name
30. The prince of Persia assigned to block my blessings shall fall down and die in Jesus name
31. Thank you Jesus for answered prayers.
