Matthew 22:29-30 says, Jesus answered and said unto them, Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God. For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven.

There are specific powers delegated to pull marriages down. There are powers called, “The powers of marriage destruction.” Sometimes, their work starts before marriage. It does not only start when somebody gets married. It does not even start when you are just starting an affair, Once they discover that a person’s marriage will move God’s purpose forward, they will begin to create problems. Once they discover a particular person is about to break the marital bondage, they will frustrate the marital plans of that person. They make sure both of them did not come together in agreement.  It is either the man says he is no more interested in the affair or the woman simply give up on the man. Those who always face marital problems or inability to receive proposal from men have to dig down deeply into their foundation. God design marriage to make sure it is pleasant for everybody. The genesis of marriage started from Adam and Eve when they begin to have problem with God.  Genesis 2:18: “And the Lord God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.” The mistake of Adam and Eve has been affecting lots of  homes today. God has declared ”Be not unequally yoked together with unbelievers.” 2 Cor 6:14. If you yoke yourself with a lady or man from the marine kingdom of darkness, the yoke may keep you inside a cage, as long as you live. Many marriages are under the manipulation of witchcraft. Some marriages are suffering. Some marriages have chased out the presence of God because of their hidden sin. It is hardly you identify peace, blessings and joy in some marriages. If you know nothing about the marital history in your family line, whether how your parents marry themselves, the ignorance may affect your home or your inability to get married.

There is definitely no problem without a victory. Marriages requires serious prayers and fasting. Any home or relationship that lack God’s presence, such home or affair may be exposed to satanic attacks. There is no marriage that is free from problems. And there is no marriage that is the best on earth. but it is necessary you guide and defend your marriage under the power of God. When there is a serious misunderstanding between a man and a woman, it will certainly result to serious marital problem.

The truth is, if you are a woman who has allowed the devil to manipulate your mouth against your man, it may bring marital problem in the future. You must learn how to conduct yourself as a dignified woman. If you are a man who  has allowed the devil to torment your mind by going for another woman, you may experience God’s anger and affliction upon your life and marriage. If it happens that foundational powers have attacked your marriage and you fail to do anything about it, you will remain in marital bondage. God’s law in marriage states that you must not break your marriage vow except for the purpose of written a divorce letter, and failure to do it, it will subject you to serious generational bondage. Why? because both of you have made a binded covenant/promise on the day of your wedding. So many marriages are under foundational powers without them knowing. When such powers are neglected for too long in the area of marriage, they end up bringing serious problems. If it is out of control, you may have to go for deliverance in order to deal with those powers.

A lot of singles today are jumping into a relationship with no vision, no revelation or even no dream about the person. They wake up and start dancing around shopping centres, having sex together, even promising themselves marriage when God has not said anything. When such fellow marries, they will have serious problem. There is no open truth between them. Unfortunately most of them are moved by what they are seeing in the outer part not what is God’s agenda for the person. Hence they marry serpent and scorpion in exchange of husband or wife! Beloved, if God has not shown you any revelation yet or a clear conviction about the man or woman, please dont start giving him or her promises. As a man or woman, you cannot place one leg in one relationship/marriage and another leg in the mind of a woman/man  nd expect God to speak to you. Believers should stop deceiving themselves. Whatever you sow,you will reap. It is better you marry a ugly woman/man that God appoints for you than to marry the ones that God did not approve. Learn to hear from God first before thinking about marriage.

SELF-EXAMINATION: 

Brethren, before you can achieve marital breakthrough, you must address the issue of your marriage from the foundation and the mistakes of your past. You must surrender yourself to Christ. You must confess and repent from your sins completely. You must deviate completely from your mistakes and ask God to forgive and have mercy on you. Once you do that wholeheartedly, congratulations!

O Lord, let the spirit of patience reign in my life until the right person comes in the name of Jesus. (Please pray this one with all your strength for at least 5 minutes)

Father, in the name of Jesus, just as Abraham sent his servant to find his son Isaac a wife, send the Holy Spirit to bring my future partner to me. You evil veil blocking my God-ordained partner and I from noticing and attracting each other,catch fire and burn to ashes. Satanic match-makers,my marital destiny is not your candidate,scatter and die in Jesus name. Father, introduce me to my partner……..(mention his or her name if any), in Jesus name. Holy Ghost dress me and make me acceptable to my partner, in Jesus name. Father, make my courtship with this man/woman leads to marriage according to Your Will in Jesus name. O Lord, help me not to marry my enemy. So help me God, Amen!
