When you bite your tongue, it can have several spiritual meanings. It means that you have struggling to communicate or express yourself in some ways. It may also be a warning of the consequences of speaking ill of others or spreading gossip. It might be a reminder to be mindful of what you say in your daily life; it might be a sign that you need to think about what you say.
The tongue can curse, speak profanity, and make negative confessions. Biting your tongue may imply that you have a negative confession that can destroy one’s life. Biting your tongue can be a punishment for speaking badly about people. The Holy Spirit might be warning you about the danger of gossiping and blackmailing people, and that can bring you a setback. This is what they usually refer to as the law of karma. Biting your tongue in your sleep might be a sign of an evil attack.
God is alerting you to rise and pray. Sometimes, biting your tongue can be a spiritual sign that you are disclosing too much to your friends, coworkers, or acquaintances.
